About Jessica

Jessica is a dedicated master's-level intern at Amberton University, pursuing her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is currently under the supervision of Lauren Coats, LPC-Supervisor, as she gains hands-on experience in the field. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Christian Studies, from Howard Payne University, where she developed a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, mental health, and the integration of faith in personal growth.

Jessica is deeply committed to meeting individuals where they are and empowering them to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives and relationships. She is passionate about fostering a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment, where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and challenges.

With a focus on collaboration and authenticity, Jessica strives to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust, hospitality, and mutual respect. She believes that healing and transformation happen within a supportive and compassionate space, and she is dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s difficulties with confidence and clarity.
